During our live Sunday training together, we will spend time practicing on our mats, reviewing content, creating classes, practice teaching, providing feedback to our peers, discussing the deeper philosophies and more.

Quick reminders:

• Not all live trainings are required. It is up to you to ensure you get all of your live training hours within your training period of 12 months. There are a minimum of 5 Sunday trainings required for graduation.

• Training sizes can vary depending on who decides to attend. It may be larger or a private training session. No pre-registration required. If nobody shows, there will be a 10 minute grace period before the live session is cancelled
