This teacher training consists of:

• 155hrs pre-recorded training videos (yoga practices & lectures)

• 30hrs live Google Meet sessions (1st Sunday trainings & 3rd Wednesday check-ins)

• 15hrs extra curricular work (homework)

These hours are divided into 3 Modules which you can pace out however you’d like.

You have up to 12 months to complete this training, but you can schedule to finish in as little as 5 months.

Each module will consist of 50 hours of pre-recorded video content. You can pace those hours however you please, but we have broken them up into 20 days per each module - 2.5 hours each day.

Each day, videos will consist of:

• a yoga practice

• lectures/lessons

All classes are private through YouTube, so be sure to use your YouTube account email when signing up to receive access.

They are taught to build off each other, so we highly recommend watching them in order.

You will need to attend 30hrs live Google Meet sessions throughout this training. They will be broken up into monthly weekend trainings and check-ins.

• Weekend Trainings: First Sunday of each month 9:00am-1:00pm PT (unless noted otherwise)

• Check-ins: Third Wednesday of each month 4:30pm-6:30pm PT (unless noted otherwise)

You must complete at least 5 weekend trainings for your live hours. Check-ins are optional but recommended to help complete remaining live hours.

If you attend every weekend training & check-in, you can complete your live hours in 5 months. You will have up to 12 months to complete. If you finish early, you will still be welcome to join our live sessions for as long as you have access to the training.

There will be homework assignments throughout this training. Homework will consist of

• Reading & journaling

• Playlist creation

• Class building

• Practice teaching videos (live on Facebook)

• Module Quizzes

• Final test

• Final class video

There will be homework assignments after every 5 days of video content to help implement the information & maintain engagement. Homework takes anywhere from 1-2hrs to complete.

All homework will be submitted to our private Facebook group. You will be sent a link to join upon signing up. Please have an active account.
